Everything is good, except it turned out that I violated the user agreement and they cancelled my account. It turns out that you cannot use your site
Everything is good, except it turned out that I violated the user agreement and they cancelled my account. It turns out that you cannot use your site to store your backups, for example. Email from their legal department: "Hosting space ... is limited to Web files, e-mail and content of the hosted Web sites, not for storage of media and other data." I used it to store my backups. My account is cancelled and now I'm using a different backup solution. So keep that in mind. You are allowed to store only the content of your website and your emails.

Personally I've been using Fatcow for a long time now, and to me it looks like they are a decent webhost, but yes, they have some areas in their overall service that need to be improved (like support response - they need to filter out some members of their support team, because some of them are nice, and some are not very nice, actually quite rude)- at least this is what I've experienced. This is all I can think about now :)
